UPDATE: MAX'S BIRTHDAY ISN'T UNTIL NEXT WEDNESDAY. APPARENTLY HE'S ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO CELEBRATE THE WEEKEND PRIOR INSTEAD OF THE DAY OF. KIND OF LIKE THEY DO ON NEPTUNE. THE PLANET.
